The Editor-in-Chief and editors of SUDANOW are highly pleased to extend heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Dr. Salman Mohamed Ahmed Salman, the associate writer of SUDANOW and international water expert for his appointment as Editor-in-Chief of the International Water Law journal which is published byBrill, the flourishing international publishing house which has hada scholarly publishing history dating back over three centuries.
Dr. Salman has enriched SUDANOW with a number of articles and research papers on common regional and international water resources. His article and the interview with himon the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam remained on the magazine's list of the most viewed and most commented topics for almost a year.
The journal, which is a reference for research output on shared freshwater resources, will be published in paper form and on website in English four times a year.
Dr. Salman will preside over the periodical’s editing council which is made up of six university teachers, from America, Europe, Asia and Africa, specializing in international water laws. He was selected by the publishing house as a result of months-long international investigation and scrutiny.
