Sudan Reports 59 New Cases Of COVID-19, Total At 592

KHARTOUM (Sudanow) - Sudan Ministry of Health announced 59 new cases of COVID-19 and five deaths.
The new update raised the country’s total cases to 592.
The new cases included two deaths; one in al-Gadarif State and the other in North Darfur State while three deaths were reported among the cases that had been announced earlier in Khartoum State. This raised the total death cases to 41besides 52 recoveries.
The new cases are distributed as follows; Khartoum State 47, Sinnar 2, North Darfur 2, South Darfur 4, West Kurdofan 2 and one case in each of East Darfur and Gadarif.
Covid-19 is so far identified in 14 of the country’s 18 states; Khartoum 521, al-Gezira 24, Sinnar 10, North Kurdofan 8, Gadarif 6, Nahr Annil (River Nile) 5, South Darfur 5, West Kurdofan 4, North Darfur 3, East Darfur 2, White Nile, Central Darfur, Red Sea and Northern (one case in each of the last four states).
