Sudan's 3x3 Digital Transformation Plan…a strategic step toward building a strong national economy.

Port Sudan ( Sudanow) Ministry of Communication and Digital Transformation launched an urgent plan its program ( 3x3 plan) of 100 days. The plan aim to connect state, private sector and citizen together in a unified path toward modern digital Sudan. The project is vital strategic step to build a strong national economy. (Sudanow) magazine interviewed economical expert dr. Haytham Muhamad Fathi to highlights on importance of the project in order to improve services and rebuilding trust between state and citizen.
Dr. Fathi added, "Digitizing services means using digital technology to redesign and deliver government services more efficiently, effectively, and transparently, with the goal of improving user experiences, raising satisfaction levels, and increasing operational efficiency." and continued, "These goals are achieved through automation, improving user experiences, making decisions based on accurate data, and enhancing community engagement. "As well as digitalizing governmental services target to provide various digital connection channels could replay easy and safely all needs of the utilizers and to increase their satisfaction to provided services in addition to increase efficiency and effectiveness via process automation and advance it to reduce effort and time to deliver services. Beside, it also improves user experience via providing comprehensive and interconnected services that facilitate citizens to access their needs. Important of these goals that, support the national economy , contribute to raise investment’s income and to improve business environment through modern and active services. Beside, enhance transparency the users participations via digital options to interact with governmental bodies. and to enhance transparency of the governmental processes’’
The expert dr. Fathi noted that Digital Transformation requires safe and developed technical infrastructure as well as to provide a suitable developed technical solutions to replay the citizens requirements. In addition to necessity of offer training for government employees to increase their capacities in using technology and providing highly efficient. Dr. Fathi pointed out that to improve governmental digital services , should enhance between public and private sectors to provide advanced technical solutions. So it requires proper strategies to aware citizens with digital services and enhance their abilities to access these services efficiency. Digital transformation cannot be achieved successfully without sharing the civilian society in process of preparation and develop governmental digital services.
Important to say that state is preparing to launch a unified national platform’’ Baladna’’ as a part of this plan which include 1 9governmental and provide 30 E- services and aim to establish fair , safe digital environment for supporting business and open doors of innovation within a comprehensive digital transformation. The plan, s economic Path include a unified Window for Gold exports and imports via ports and a platform dedicated to livestock exports, which contributes to open new markets and boots economic activity.
According to (Sudanow) sources the state began to implement institutional paths target to consist a unified platform to exchange governmental data , computerizing ministry of trade, and launching a unified governmental e-mail for all institutions and that 3x3planfor digital transformation represents a real start towards a modern digital Sudan that carries hope for a better future.
