The birth of guidance, a light that illuminated the universe

Port Sudan (Sudanow)_ The Islamic nation, in the east and west of the earth, celebrates the anniversary of the birth of the noble Messenger Muhammad bin Abdullah, upon him be the blessings and peace of Allah. The editorial staff of Sudanow magazine extends its congratulations on this fragrant anniversary to all Muslims and the patient and steadfast Sudanese people, asking Allah to bring it back to everyone with goodness and peace, and to spread security and stability throughout our country. We ask Allah to relieve Sudan and protect its people, and to write for us a bright future of security and safety, and to bring it back next year when the country enjoys security, peace, tranquility, and stability.
The birth of the Messenger Muhammad, peace be upon him, remains one of the greatest moments in human history, not only because it was a great historical event, but because it marked the beginning of a new era in which the world moved from the darkness of ignorance, division, and injustice to the light of monotheism, mercy, and justice. His birth came in an environment barren of values, torn by conflicts, ruled by social injustice and intellectual chaos, so his birth was a harbinger of the beginning of a message that restored to man his humanity, to the nation its unity, and to life its meaning.
His noble birth was associated with striking omens, as if the entire universe announced the arrival of the seal of the prophets: at the moment of his birth, the fire of Persia was extinguished, the palaces of injustice were cracked, and other signs appeared on earth and in the sky that heralded a new stage for humanity for a better life with the light of guidance.
The commemoration of the Prophet’s birthday is an invitation for self-reflection. Just as his birth saved the nation from a first era of ignorance, returning to his guidance and Sunnah is the way to salvation from the ignorance of this age, with its material conflicts, loss of values, racism, disagreements, and fragmentation. His birth will remain a renewed light, and the mercy and salvation that reminds the nation that its glory and dignity will only be achieved by sincerely adhering to his approach.
Let us take from the memory of his birth, peace be upon him, a lesson from which we learn the meanings of the desire to reform and advance the nation, away from racism and regionalism, overcoming disagreements for the sake of building a great nation that accommodates everyone. May you all be well every year.
