Sudanow Extends Eid Al-Fitr Greetings to the Muslim Ummah
22 March, 2026
Khartoum – (Sudanow)
The Editorial Board of Sudanow Magazine extends its most heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr. Celebrated by Muslims worldwide this Friday, the occasion marks the blessed completion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The magazine prays that this auspicious day returns with goodness, prosperity, and divine blessings, and that peace, security, and stability prevail throughout Sudan and the wider Muslim world. We also extend a special greeting to the Sudanese people, commending their unwavering fortitude and extraordinary resilience amidst the current challenging circumstances.
Sudanow calls for this Eid to serve as a catalyst for strengthening the values of compassion and solidarity. We pray that the hardships facing Sudan be lifted, its people protected, and that the nation moves toward a brighter horizon defined by safety and lasting peace.
The magazine further expresses its hope that the coming year will witness the safe return of displaced citizens to their homes, the commencement of nationwide reconstruction efforts, and the overcoming of the devastating impacts of war—thereby restoring and enhancing the nation’s strength and its rightful regional and international standing.
In these blessed days, Sudanow supplicates to God to grant victory to the armed forces and to realize peace in every corner of the country. We pray for the healing of the wounded, the reunion of the missing with their families, and that God accepts the martyrs into His eternal grace.
Eid Mubarak, and many happy returns.
