Iranian Inventor won “presidential Award” of ITEX09 Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: An Iranian IT inventor, Professor Dr Shapoor Zarei won “presidential award” of 20th International Invention, Innovation and Technology which was held here on 15-17 May, in Kuala Lumpur Convention Center.
Zarei, 36 years old, was winning this special prize because of his three inventions on “Most Gigantic Comprehensive Modernistic E-city Project”, “Greatest Comprehensive Electronic Banking System” and “Correspondence of Relativity with Quantum Theory, Forth Dimension”.
Detail of Professor Shapoor Zarei’s inventions:
1. The most Gigantic Comprehensive modernistic E-City Project: this project is capable to submit for all urban services, with produce accelerate urban services approach, and reduce all (official and civic) expenditure and control of city traffic according to the comprehensive E-banking system with the first time new innovation in the world.
Indeed this executive plan project give better services, constructive and less expenditure for citizens, commercial and manufacturer attributes. For produce the urban services, the relationship between citizens (including: proper person, commercial and manufacturer attributes) and producers of mass services is based on the Electronic services that somehow respect the following services:
Data interactive interchange is existed, indeed relationship is mutual between citizen and urban services producer and citizens for their request give meaningful respond and
wouldn’t unawareness and confused.
There are collaboration between manifold organizations which produce the services and intermediate these services to citizens is central Electronic in cyber space for produce of all citizens.
In this project all mass services done in electronic application base in high dynamic approach.
In this project the relationship between service producer organizations is done without intermediary citizens based on the powerful electronic infrastructure relations.
Based on these metropolitan services that a citizen needs are considered which all this services without physical presence of citizens in bureaus or offices which related to mayoral, can be operated electronically .The whole data of these services is defined in secure layers of a smart card. In addition to all these urban services, all the banking and financial affairs of each citizen are characterized in a smart card which consists of 24 data layers and 24 secure layer (Maximal security probability) that simultaneously can be used like an ID card. In This Card 3 different technologies are used: Pass Pay (for offline payment services Like bus ticket, subway, cinema, and museum and …), Magnetic Pos (for online credit and debit banking and purchasing services) and Chipset Card Reader (for consolidate online and offline personal Information).
It is also important that this project was designed for Tehran, the capital of I.S.Iran and it is under process for applied in this Metropolitan city.
2. The Greatest Comprehensive electronic banking system: this is the current electronic banking system in Iran that accomplished by him in year 2007. This project was designed and implemented in the most widespread intensive Banking system in 3 fragment of: ERP, MIS and CRM. The MIS part include: Finance Management, Risk Management, Manpower Management, patronage and store Management, juridical Management and Inspection Management. For this E-banking system executed widespread Wan Network with the and executed and implemented the central and online core banking which plan and cowered minimal 10000 office Bank and design and execute ATM Smart and Versatile Card. This E-Banking system is respondent for all 24 hours and 7 days (24×7) with E-Mail Banking, Internet online Banking, SMS Banking and Mobile Banking with the most comprehensive and the greatest Data Center in Middle East.
3. The correspondence of Relativity with Quantum Theory, Fourth Dimension: This is the newest Theory about computation and Virtual World; the effect of it in the evolution of computer industry, to apply in the Quantum Computing Model.
Professor Zarei is among the top innovator in I.R. Iran and in 2008, he also was selected as innovator and exemplary scientific in five continents at the 57th Scientific Euro Olympiad held Belgium the seat of European Union.
He was among one hundred Iranian's inventors who altogether won five special prize and 37 medals (18 gold, 12 silver and 13 Bronze).
